Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing GHC Sportswear®. GHC SONS, trading as GHC Sportswear®, manufactures custom sportswear, teamwear, equestrian gear, motorcycle apparel, yoga wear, and private-label clothing for brands, teams, clubs, retailers, distributors, and international buyers.

Because many of our products are custom-made, branded, private-label, or manufactured according to buyer-approved requirements, our refund and returns process depends on the product type, order stage, issue, and condition of the goods.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return, refund, exchange, repair, remake, or quality review within 30 days of receiving the order.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by GHC Sportswear® before any product is sent back.

Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted unless approved by our team in writing.

2. Damaged Parcel or Shipping Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product

  • Delivery date

  • Order number or invoice number

  • A short explanation of the issue

Shipping damage claims may require review by the courier or shipping provider. Please keep the packaging until the claim is reviewed.

3. Custom-Made and Personalized Products

Most products manufactured by GHC Sportswear® are custom-made. This includes products with custom colors, logos, names, numbers, embroidery, sublimation, screen printing, DTF printing, DTG printing, heat transfer, patches, woven labels, hang tags, packaging, private labels, custom sizes, custom patterns, or buyer-specific designs.

Custom-made and personalized products are generally not returnable unless:

  • There is a verified manufacturing fault.

  • The wrong item was supplied due to our mistake.

  • The product does not match the approved sample, mockup, design, invoice, or confirmed order details.

  • The issue was caused by GHC Sportswear® during production.

  • A return is approved by our team after review.

Once a customer approves the sample, mockup, tech pack, size chart, fabric, color, logo placement, branding method, or order details, production follows those approved details. We cannot accept returns because of a change of mind, design preference change, size preference change, or color preference change after approval and production.

4. Return Eligibility

A return, refund, exchange, repair, remake, partial refund, or store credit may be considered if the request is approved after review.

Eligible issues may include:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product supplied

  • Wrong quantity supplied

  • Incorrect logo placement caused by our production team

  • Wrong color supplied compared to approved details

  • Wrong size ratio supplied compared to approved order details

  • Printing, embroidery, stitching, or branding fault caused by our production team

  • Missing items from the order

  • Product damage before delivery or during shipping, subject to evidence and claim review

Each case is reviewed individually because custom manufacturing orders can vary in product type, quantity, design, branding, and production requirements.

5. Returns for Non-Fault Reasons

If a return is requested for a reason not caused by GHC Sportswear®, such as a change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, wrong size chart provided by the customer, incorrect logo file, wrong delivery information, or any buyer-side decision, the return may only be accepted if approved by our team.

In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in acceptable condition.

  • Custom-made or branded products may not be eligible for return unless approved by GHC Sportswear®.

  • Refund amount may depend on the condition of the returned goods.

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or clearance fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.

If the return is approved and the goods are received in acceptable condition, we may refund the approved product amount according to the case.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return unless there is a verified fault or written approval from GHC Sportswear®:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized team uniforms

  • Products with logos, names, numbers, or branding

  • Embroidered products

  • Sublimated products

  • DTF, DTG, heat transfer, or screen-printed products

  • Private-label products

  • Products with custom labels, tags, or packaging

  • Approved samples

  • Bulk orders produced after customer approval

  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing, poor storage, or handling after delivery

  • Products made using incorrect information supplied by the customer

  • Products returned without approval from GHC Sportswear®

7. Customer Responsibility Before Production

Before production begins, customers are responsible for checking and approving all order details.

This includes:

  • Product style

  • Fabric

  • Colors

  • Size chart

  • Quantity

  • Logo placement

  • Printing method

  • Embroidery details

  • Names and numbers

  • Labels and tags

  • Packaging

  • Shipping address

  • Invoice details

  • Sample approval

  • Final mockup or tech pack approval

If a customer supplies incorrect measurements, wrong size chart, incorrect artwork, wrong logo file, wrong color reference, wrong delivery address, or incorrect order details, the customer is responsible for the result unless the issue was caused by GHC Sportswear®.

8. Color, Fabric, and Production Variation

Slight differences in color, texture, print shade, fabric feel, or finishing may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, fabric type, dyeing process, printing method, embroidery thread, production batch, or material availability.

For best accuracy, we recommend ordering and approving a sample before bulk production.

Small production variations are normal in custom apparel manufacturing and may not qualify as defects unless they are clearly outside the approved order specifications.

9. Return Label and Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of a confirmed mistake or manufacturing fault from GHC Sportswear®, we may provide a return label, arrange return shipping support, or guide the customer through the return process depending on the country, courier, order type, and case.

If the return is requested for a reason not caused by GHC Sportswear®, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For international orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges, export charges, clearance fees, and destination-country charges are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please do not send any product back without written approval from GHC Sportswear®.

10. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it may take up to 14 business days to process after claim approval or after the returned goods are inspected.

The final time may also depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment method.

Depending on the condition and case, GHC Sportswear® may offer:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Product exchange

  • Product remake

  • Product repair

  • Store credit

  • Discount on a future order

  • Replacement of affected items

The final solution will depend on the order type, product condition, evidence provided, approved order details, and whether the issue was caused by GHC Sportswear® or the customer.

11. Exchanges, Repairs, and Remakes

If an exchange, repair, or remake is approved, the timeline will depend on:

  • Product type

  • Quantity

  • Fabric availability

  • Logo or branding method

  • Production schedule

  • Shipping destination

  • Condition of the returned goods

  • Nature of the issue

Because we are a custom manufacturer, exchange, repair, and remake timelines may vary from case to case.

12. Samples

Sample orders are made for customer review and approval before bulk production. Sample costs may be refundable or adjustable when a confirmed bulk order is placed, depending on the agreement.

Sample charges may cover fabric, labor, design setup, printing, embroidery, branding, packaging, and production handling.

If a sample has a verified manufacturing fault, we may offer correction, remake, adjustment, or credit depending on the issue.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Production may include fabric sourcing, material purchase, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, branding, labeling, packaging, or any other order-related work.

If work has already started before cancellation, related costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.

14. Bulk Orders After Approval

Bulk production begins after the customer approves the order details, sample, mockup, design, size chart, fabric, color, branding method, or invoice.

Once bulk production is completed according to the approved details, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for design changes, size preference changes, color preference changes, or buyer-side changes.

If there is a verified production fault caused by GHC Sportswear®, we will review the case and offer a suitable solution.

15. Proof Required for Claims

All refund, return, exchange, repair, remake, or quality claims must include proper evidence.

Please provide:

  • Full name or company name

  • Order number or invoice number

  • Product name

  • Quantity affected

  • Delivery date

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Clear videos if needed

  • Photos of packaging if the parcel arrived damaged

  • Approved mockup, sample, tech pack, or order confirmation if relevant

  • A short explanation of the problem

Claims without enough evidence may not be approved.

16. Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by GHC Sportswear® and the shipping refund is approved in writing.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and destination-country fees are not controlled by GHC Sportswear® and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
