Refund and Returns Policy

At GHC Sportswear, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom wholesale sportswear and equestrian equipment. Each order is produced according to client specifications and quality standards. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and replacements may be processed.


1. Custom Orders

All custom-manufactured or personalized products (including team uniforms, branded apparel, and custom equestrian gear) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The delivered product materially differs from the approved design proof or written order confirmation.

Any claim under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.


2. Standard / Non-Custom Products

For non-customized or stock products, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Upon inspection and approval of the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by GHC Sportswear.


3. Defective or Incorrect Deliveries

In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect delivery, please notify GHC Sportswear within 7 calendar days of receipt at info@ghcsportswear.com.
Include:

  • The order number
  • Clear photographs of the defect or discrepancy
  • A brief written explanation

Our Quality Assurance Department will review the claim and determine the appropriate corrective action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.


4. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests for custom orders must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, production materials may already be in use, and cancellation may not be possible.

GHC Sportswear reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if costs have been incurred prior to cancellation.


5. Shipping and Delivery Issues

GHC Sportswear is not liable for delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers. However, we will provide reasonable assistance in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Any shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods.
